This is where the conference sessions are being held. Hotel rooms can be booked online now at the discounted group rate of $107 single/double plus applicable fees and taxes. GUEST SERVICES FEE

In addition to the room rate, a Guest Services Fee of $10 plus tax, per room, per day, will be charged. These fees cover high speed internet access in all guest rooms, wireless internet access throughout the hotel common areas, local calls up to 20 minutes ($.10/minute thereafter), toll-free calls up to 20 minutes ($.10/minute thereafter), access to the fitness center at Relâche™, The Spa at Gaylord Opryland®, bottled water in guest room (limit 2 per day), daily newspaper delivery (USA Today M-F /Tennessean Sat-Sun) and scheduled complex shuttle transportation.

Parking Fee
Self-parking is available at the hotel for $16.00 per day (plus tax); valet parking is available for $24.00 per day (plus tax). Cars with handicapped parking tags may valet park for the self-parking price. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Airport Transportation

Shuttle Service
Gaylord Opryland offers daily shuttle service round-trip from the Nashville International Airport to Gaylord Opryland. You may find the Gaylord OprylandWelcome Desk on the lower level of the airport, located between the two escalators. Their agent will assist you with your ticket, or you may use the convenient kiosk located at the desk. The agent will assist you with directions to the bus. In the event you do not encounter an airport agent, you may proceed directly to the bus and the driver will assist you with your ticket purchase. There is a discounted rate of $25 round-trip or $20 one-way. Be sure to mention the National Leadership Conference when purchasing your ticket. The shuttle is conveniently located immediately to the left as you exit the front door of the lower level of the airport.
